Srinagar, April 9 -- With an aim to ensure effective support for women affected by violence, Deputy Commissioner (DC) Srinagar, Dr. Bilal Mohi-Ud-Din Bhat today chaired a meeting at DC Office here to review the functioning of One Stop Centre (OSC), Bemina in helping women in distress and battling any form of violence. At the outset, DC held a detailed review of the working of One Stop Centre and discussed various issues to further strengthen and broaden the activities of OSC.
