Srinagar, Jan. 1 -- Deputy Commissioner(DC) Srinagar, Akshay Labroo along with the Director of Sher-i-Kashmir Institute of Medical Sciences (SKIMS), Soura, Prof. Mohammad Ashraf Ahangar today conducted an on-spot review of infrastructure upgradation and developmental requirements of the Institute to further strengthen the healthcare facilities at the major tertiary care hospital of the valley.
