Srinagar, Dec. 2 -- Deputy Commissioner Srinagar Akshay Labroo on Monday visited several congested zones around SMHS Hospital and the Super Specialty Hospital to assess parking arrangements and traffic flow in the area. The DC toured Suner Kul Bund and Shreen-Bagh and interacted with traffic personnel and officials of the civil administration to take stock of the measures put in place to ease congestion around the major healthcare facilities.The Deputy Commissioner said that his visit focused on identifying bottlenecks, regulating roadside parking and improving movement of ambulances and emergency vehicles.
