PULWAMA, JAN 9, Jan. 10 -- Deputy Commissioner Pulwama, Dr. Basharat Qayoom, today chaired a comprehensive review meeting to assess the implementation and overall progress of the National Rural Livelihoods Mission (NRLM) in the district.
