Srinagar, Sept. 24 -- Tragedy struck the family of Hyderabad-based Kashmiri journalist Khurshid Wani on Tuesday when his eldest daughter was killed in a hit-and-run accident at Hyderabad in Telangana state.Family sources said the accident took place in the Hayat Nagar area of Hyderabad when an unknown vehicle hit a young girl before speeding away from the spot.The passersby rushed her to a nearby hospital, where despite best medical efforts she succumbed to injuries."She was heading to college when the accident took place.
