Srinagar, Dec. 9 -- The Chief Secretary today chaired a comprehensive review meeting on the implementation of the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 in Jammu & Kashmir, emphasising stronger enforcement, transparency, and protection of homebuyers' rights.
