Srinagar, Feb. 3 -- Chief Secretary, Atal Dulloo, today directed for developing an efficacious grievance portal for the people who face hurdles in availing credit from the financial institutions to start their businesses or for other self employment activities. The meeting besides the Principal Secretary, Finance was attended by Principal Secretary, Agriculture; Commissioner Secretary, I&C; Secretary, Labour & Employment; Secretary, PWD; Convenor UTLBC; Representatives from Banks and other concerned officers.
