Srinagar, June 19 -- Jammu and Kashmir Chief Secretary, Atal Dulloo, today met with Union Secretary of Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship (MSDE), Atul Kumar Tiwari, to discuss strategies for enhancing the skill development and entrepreneurship initiatives across the Union Territory.
