Srinagar, June 17, June 17 -- Jammu and Kashmir has launched the Holistic Skill Development Plan (HSDP) to create a future-ready, skilled workforce aligned with the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020. The plan, presented to Chief Secretary Atal Dulloo, outlines a multi-track approach to skilling individuals aged 14 to 59 through early vocational exposure, job readiness, entrepreneurial training, and reskilling.Dulloo emphasized grassroots implementation and inter-departmental coordination.
