Srinagar, Dec. 6 -- Chief Secretary Atal Dulloo conducted a detailed review of key Health & Medical Education (H&ME) projects, including Critical Care Blocks (CCBs) under PM-ABHIM, Emergency COVID Response Package-II (ECRP-II), IHIP expansion, IPHS compliance, and progress on NCDC labs and VRDL facilities. Top officials from H&ME, NHM, HSCC, health directorates, and GMCs attended the meeting.Dulloo directed HSCC to triple manpower and machinery to meet scheme deadlines, stressing that fund releases hinge on timely Utilization Certificates.
