Srinagar, Oct. 1 -- Chief Secretary Atal Dulloo on Monday chaired a high-level meeting with Union Secretary, Department of School Education and Literacy (DoSEL), Sanjay Kumar to review the progress of ongoing education reforms in Jammu and Kashmir and discuss measures to further strengthen the school education system across the Union Territory.The meeting focused on accelerating key initiatives, bridging infrastructural gaps, improving learning outcomes, and mainstreaming out-of-school children.
