Srinagar, Oct. 29 -- Chief Secretary, Atal Dulloo, today chaired a meeting of the Culture Department for the commemoration of 150 Years of National Pride - Vande Mataram, the National Song of India, being celebrated across Jammu and Kashmir as part of the nationwide campaign led by the Ministry of Culture, Government of India.
