Srinagar, Feb. 12 -- The Jammu and Kashmir Government today celebrated Safer Internet Day with a comprehensive workshop aimed at promoting cyber security awareness and best practices for a safer digital environment.The event was inaugurated by Commissioner Secretary Information Technology, Saurabh Bhagat.The workshop was conducted in hybrid mode, connecting participants from Civil Secretariat Srinagar and Jammu, all districts of the UT, IT department, senior officers from NIC SeMT and other entities.In his address, the Commissioner Secretary, underscored the importance of cyber security and cyber hygiene practices, particularly in government offices where digital threats are increasingly prevalent.
