Srinagar, Dec. 20 -- Chief Secretary Atal Dulloo reviewed housing and urban development initiatives, including the Urban Challenge Fund, Auto Development Control Regulation (AutoDCR) system for building permissions, and conservation works at Dal and Nigeen lakes.
