Srinagar, Aug. 24 -- Chief Secretary, Atal Dulloo, Saturday conducted a detailed inspection of two premier healthcare institutions in Srinagar - the 500-Bedded Government Children Hospital, Bemina, and the Bone & Joint Hospital, Barzulla.
