Srinagar, Oct. 20 -- After announcing a judicial inquiry into the September 24 violence in Leh in which four persons were killed and 80 others injured, the stalled talks between Ladakh leaders and the central Government is set to resume as the Centre has invited representatives of the Leh Apex Body (LAB) and the Kargil Democratic Alliance (KDA) for subcommittee-level discussions in New Delhi on October 22.
