Srinagar, Dec. 2 -- The Brig Usman Premier League (BUPL)-2 began its 2025-26 season today with a grand opening ceremony held at Nowshera. The event was inaugurated by Brigadier Shubhankar Ghoshal, SM, Commander 80 Infantry Brigade, who attended as the Chief Guest.
