Budgam, Jan 26, Jan. 27 -- During the current year, the Band Master and Senior Physical Masters of the Youth Services and Sports Department, Budgam, including PEL Abdul Lateef Rather,Syed Zahoor Ahmad and Farooq Sajad, were awarded for their excellent performance in the department.
