Muzaffarpur, Sep 11, Sept. 12 -- An extempore speech competition, a joint initiative of BR Ambedkar Bihar University (BRABU) and Akashvani, Patna, was held at the university's Senate Hall today to commemorate 90 years of Akashvani.
