Srinagar, Feb. 26 -- Police on Wednesday said that it has foiled robbery attempt in a bank by arresting two accused in Hatli area of Kathua district. The police said that in the intervening night of 25th-26th February, 02 burglars namely Ankush Sharma S/o Parkash Chand R/o Darsoo, Udhampur and Sunil Singh S/o Dharam Singh R/o Hatli Kathua broke open the side wall of the J&k bank premises and entered with in the bank. According to police spokesman, while burglars were trying to break the walls and lock-door of strong room, Night patrolling party of PP Hatli intercepted suspicious movements within the bank and intervened.
