Srinagar, Nov. 1 -- The six-day Inter-District UT-Level Rugby Competitions for boys and girls across all age groups concluded successfully at the Rugby Ground, Srinagar, witnessing enthusiastic participation from over 400 athletes representing various districts of Jammu and Kashmir.
