New Delhi, Oct 3, Oct. 4 -- Former Chief Minister of J&K and Chairman Gandhi Global Family, Ghulam Nabi Azad today inaugurated the Global Youth Festival 2025 at Sant Nirankari Bhawan, Panipat.
