Srinagar, July 26 -- Lieutenant General Vikas Lakhera, AVSM, SM, Director General of Assam Rifles, along with all ranks of the force, paid solemn tribute on Wednesday to a valiant soldier who made the supreme sacrifice in the line of duty on 24 July 1974.
