Dimapur, Jan 23, Jan. 24 -- In a thoughtful initiative aimed at promoting mental well-being and family harmony, the Assam Rifles recently organized a counselling session under its Rubaru initiative in Dimapur district. The session, themed "Me to We - Co-Creating Performance", provided a supportive platform for families to discuss personal concerns and gain guidance on maintaining emotional balance and healthy relationships. A total of 82 families participated in the interactive session, which was conducted with the help of a professional psychological counselor.
