Dimapur, Sep 23, Sept. 24 -- Assam Rifles successfully concluded its 15-day National Integration Tour (NIT) with an interactive session at Headquarters Spear Corps, Dimapur. The tour, which began earlier this month, brought together a 31-member delegation from Tengnoupal district, Manipur, comprising 26 representatives of civil society organisations (CSOs) and five personnel from Assam Rifles. The delegation was accorded a warm reception by the General Officer Commanding (GOC) Spear Corps, who highlighted the significance of such initiatives in strengthening bonds between the armed forces and the people.
