New Delhi, Nov 4, Nov. 5 -- The Assam Rifles celebrated the Chavang Kut Festival with zeal and cultural fervor across Manipur on 31 October and 1 November 2025. Observed by the Kuki-Chin-Mizo communities as a harvest festival, Chavang Kut is a time of gratitude, cultural pride, and communal bonding. In coordination with local communities, Assam Rifles organized festivities at Pallel (Kakching), Aina (Churachandpur), and various locations in Chandel District, bringing together people from diverse backgrounds to partake in the celebrations.
