Srinagar, July 11 -- If you've ever stepped into a travel agency in downtown Srinagar during the winter months, you'll know what I mean when I say that the energy is electric. Phones buzzing. Elderly couples asking if "visa lag gaya?" Young volunteers running around with photocopies and passports. And amid it all, a humble poster of the Kaaba in the background-quietly watching. But with that energy comes an important question I often get asked in my lectures and community sessions: "Are these Umrah agencies in Kashmir actually reliable?" As someone who has not only studied the spiritual sciences but also walked beside hundreds of pilgrims from the Valley, I believe this question deserves more than a simple yes or no.
