Elderly couples asking if "visa lag gaya?" Young volunteers running around with photocopies and passports. And amid it all, a humble poster of the Kaaba in the background-quietly watching. But with that energy comes an important question I often get asked in my lectures and community sessions: "Are these Umrah agencies in Kashmir actually reliable?"
