Karnah, June 18, June 18 -- In the far-flung border region of Karnah, where access to basic educational resources often remains a distant dream-especially during the harsh winter months-a silent revolution has begun. Anhad, a non-profit organization, started a public library in Tanghdar on 01 December 2024, aimed at providing students with a dedicated, peaceful space to study.
