Srinagar, April 21 -- A booklet on Youth & Substance abuse ( Najawan aur Manshiyaat ) authored by Molvi Syed Mohd Hussain Haqani,Patron "Karwani Shahi Hamdan" was released at an impressive function at Ahata Waqar - Chanapora - a daycare and recreation centre for Senior Citizens today. The event coincides with the foundation day of Ahata Waqar,Chanapora, which was inaugurated by the then Chief Justice, Jammu and Kashmir High Court, Justice Gita Mittal on April, 2019 .
