Srinagar, Feb 2, Feb. 3 -- In a significant step towards strengthening post-harvest infrastructure and supporting farmers in the Kashmir Valley, Director Agriculture Kashmir, Sartaj Ahmad Shah, today dedicated a fully equipped Mobile Air-Conditioned Van to the farming community.
