Srinagar, Feb. 15 -- Additional Director General, ITBP, Abdul Gani Mir, today inaugurated a state-of-the-art library at the Initiative for Competition Promotion (ICP) Rajbagh here. The library is dedicated to Civil Services aspirants.The Centre is intended to assist candidates preparing for competitive examinations such as the IAS and KAS by providing them with extensive academic resources.ICP is a trust patronized by A.G.
