Srinagar, March 30 -- The District Administration Kishtwar has kick-started a three-month martial art training program, specifically designed for girls aged 8 to 18 years under Beti Bachao Beti Padhao Scheme.The initiative aims to promote self-defense, physical fitness, and confidence among young girls in the region.The program was formally inaugurated by Deputy Commissioner (DC) Rajesh Kumar Shavan as the Chief Guest.The martial arts training will be conducted for Girls at four locations Hidyal, Hatta, Kuleed and Government Girls Higher Secondary School Kishtwar.The training is being imparted to the girls by Kishtwar Martial Arts Academy, ensuring expert guidance and quality instruction.In addition to the martial arts training, the Distr...
