Srinagar, April 23 -- As part of the ongoing Drug Free J&K campaign, an awareness programme was organized at Government High School (GHS) Lawaypora with the aim of combating drug abuse and promoting a healthy, addiction-free lifestyle.The programme, held on the directions of Deputy Commissioner (DC) Srinagar, Dr. Bilal Mohi-Ud-Din Bhat, focused on sensitizing the local population especially the youth about the harmful effects of drug abuse.The event saw active participation from officials representing the Srinagar Municipal Corporation (SMC), Education Department, Health Department, Excise Department, Social Welfare Department, and other concerned departments.
