Srinagar, March 27 -- Additional Chief Secretary (ACS), Education, Shantmanu, conducted an extensive tour of Udhampur district here today. As part of the visit, the ACS released the maiden edition of newsletter 'Baoli' at Government Degree College for Women Udhampur. Present on the occasion were Director Colleges, Dr. Sheikh Ajaz Bashir, Additional Deputy Commissioner Udhampur, Prem Singh, Principal of the College, Dr. Nalini Pathania, faculty members and students.
