Jammu, Jan 29, Jan. 30 -- The Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) Jammu has registered a formal case against senior officials of the Jammu unit of the State Industrial Development Corporation (SICOP) over alleged illegal appointments, regularisation, and promotions. FIR No. 01/2026 under sections 5(1)(d) r/w 5(2) of the J&K PC Act, 2006, and section 120-B RPC has been filed against R.K. Razdan, former MD SICOP Jammu (now retired), Kunal Choudhary, currently Deputy General Manager SICOP, and others. The case concerns the irregular appointment and rapid promotion of Choudhary.According to ACB, Razdan engaged Choudhary as a Technical Assistant on a six-month temporary basis without issuing any public advertisement or inviting applications.
