Srinagar, March 14 -- The government on Thursday informed the Legislative Assembly that 52 domicile certificates have been issued to non locals on the basis of marriage in Beerwah area of central Kashmir's Budgam district.This was started by Minister for Health and Education, Sakina Itoo, while replying to a question raised by Dr. Shafi Ahmad Wani.The minister said 62343 domicile certificates have been issued in Beerwah including 52 to non-locals on marriage basis.The minister informed that 18921 domicile certificates have been issued in Narbal and 26277 in Magam and no domicile certificate has been issued to non-local residents in these two Tehsils.
