Kulgam, Feb 21, Feb. 22 -- Under Football for Schools (F4S) initiative, JNV schools Kulgam carried out football distribution Programme here at Mini-Secretariat which was presided by District Development Council Chairperson, Kulgam, Mohammad Afzal Parray and distributed 383 footballs among 81 schools of the district under the nationwide initiative aimed at promoting football at the grassroots level.
