Srinagar, Feb. 17 -- Police in Ganderbal have secured convictions in 03 different cases against 04 accused persons involved in a Rape Case of PS Kangan, POCSO Case and NDPS Case of P/S Ganderbal. In a landmark judgement, conviction was obtained against one accused namely Mohammad Saleem Taploo son of Mohammad Maqbool Taploo resident of Anchar Soura A/P SaidPora, Eidgah Srinagar, for offences under section 363 RPC and Section 4 of POCSO against a minor survivor.
