Singapore, July 13 -- American scientists and doctors met with the Indian Ambassador to the US, Taranjit Singh Sandhu, to discuss joint Indian and US trials of Ayurveda formulations for COVID-19.

Researchers argue that these medicines have a remarkable record in treating various diseases including COVID-19. They believe that clinical trials are needed to "get rid of all the doubts" around its effectiveness. A huge network of institutional engagements have finally brought scientific communities between the two countries together in the fight against the novel coronavirus.
