Patna, Feb. 5 -- Patna:(BiharTimes) Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar on Wednesday inspected the ongoing development works at the Digha Tourism Ghat, located on the banks of the Ganga river. During the inspection, officials informed the Chief Minister that the Tourism Department is developing Janardan Ghat as a full-fledged tourism ghat.
While reviewing the progress, the Chief Minister directed officials to construct a comprehensive park at the Digha Tourism Ghat. He also instructed that the ghat be converted into a permanent (pucca) structure and that proper arrangements be made for Ganga Aarti, so that a large number of visitors can enjoy the experience.
