Ranchi, July 13 -- Maoist guerrillas blasted a tarred road, a forest guest house and set 13 vehicles on fire in Jharkhand in the last two days, police said.

According to Police, Maoists blew up a tarred road at Khutipani block of West Singhbhum district early on Monday. They used a cylinder bomb to blow up the road.

The guerrillas buried the cylinder bomb inside the road, connected it through a wire and later blasted it. A crater like pit has been formed on the road.

On Sunday, Maoists blew up a forest range guest house at Barakela and set 13 vehicles on fire in the same district.
