Chennai, Jan. 21 -- Prabhu Deva's upcoming film is Pon Manickavel, directed by A.C.Mugil Chellappan and produced by Nemichand Jhabak. The film features Nivetha Pethuraj, J.Mahendran and Suresh Menon in important roles.

Produced by Nemichand Jhabak, the film will feature music composed by D Imman. This is the first time the actor will be seen essaying the role of a police officer in Kollywood. The cinematography is handled by K. G. Venkatesh while the cuts of the film will be handled by Shivanandeeswaran.
