Chennai, Aug. 15 -- 'Sanga Thamizhan' is an upcoming film starring Vijay Sethupathi and Raashi Khanna in the lead roles. Written and directed by Vijay Chandar, the film is produced by B. Bharathi Reddy under the banner 'Vijaya Productions'.

On the technical front, the film has R. Velraj handling the cinematograpghy, while the editing is handled by Praveen K. L. The film features music by Vivek-Mervin duo.
