Chennai, Aug. 17 -- Director Mysskin's detective mystery Thupparivalan 2 starred Vishal and Anu Emmanuel in lead roles while the supporting cast included many credible names such as Prasanna, Vinay, Andreah, Bhagyaraj, John Vijay, Simran and others. The film was hailed by critics and audience for its racy screenplay.

The film's sequel is currently in the works and the project was planned earlier this year. The project is currently in its early stages of pre-production and the team has started to scout locations for the film. As a start, Mysskin had recently visited the Sherlock Holmes museum in London.
