Chennai, Nov. 13 -- Actor Bobby Simha made his foray into Tamil cinema with the romantic comedy 'Kadhalil Sodhappuvadhu Eppadi', directed by Balaji Mohan. The actor went on to make his mark in films such as Pizza, Neram and Karthik Subbaraj's cult crime film Jigarthanda, for which the actor won a National Award.

Bobby Simha tied the knot with actress Reshmi Menon (of Burma and Kirumi fame) in 2016. On November 11, the couple were blessed with a baby boy and both the mother and child are healthy.
