Dhaka, Feb. 2 -- Chief Advisor Muhammad Yunus has called on Muslims to embrace Islam's "unique beauty" by avoiding all forms of injustice and wrongdoing, and to illuminate the national life through righteous deeds.

His message came on Monday ahead of Shab-e-Barat, which will be observed on Tuesday night.

He said, "Let us accept the holy Shab-e-Barat as an exceptional opportunity to seek Allah's mercy, pray for the welfare of our country and nation, and dedicate ourselves to human welfare.

"By shunning all injustice, oppression, misconduct, and superstition, we can illuminate individual, societal, and national life with the unparalleled beauty of Islam's teachings."
