Dhaka, May 14 -- Chief Advisor Muhammad Yunus has arrived in Chattogram on a daylong visit to attend Chittagong University's (CU) fifth convocation, along with several other scheduled programmes.

This marks his first visit to his home district since assuming responsibility as the head of the interim government.

Yunus landed at Shah Amanat International Airport in Chattogram around 9:15am on Wednesday. His office later shared photos of his arrival on Facebook.
