Dhaka, Jan. 27 -- As arrangements have been made to seek public approval for 84 major reforms through a single question in the upcoming referendum, Asif Saleh, executive director of BRAC, says he sees this as a form of "clever manoeuvring".
In his words, the claim that "a 'Yes' vote will open the door to building a new Bangladesh" is "misleading and dishonest".
