Dhaka, Jan. 6 -- The University of Liberal Arts Bangladesh and United Healthcare Services Ltd (MEDIX) have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to ensure comprehensive healthcare support for ULAB employees and their dependents.

Under the agreement, signed on Monday, healthcare facilities and services were extended to ULAB faculty members and administrative staff, along with their dependents, including father, mother, spouse, and children, according to a statement from the university.

On behalf of MEDIX, the MoU was signed by Dr Hossain Imam, associate professor and head of Centre Operations, while on behalf of ULAB, by Professor Milan K Bhattacharjee, acting vice chancellor and treasurer.
