Dhaka, Jan. 6 -- The International Crimes Tribunal is set decide whether formal charges will be brought against Salman F Rahman, an advisor to ousted prime minister Sheikh Hasina, and Anisul Huq, a former law minister, on Jan 12.
On Tuesday, a three-member Tribunal-1 panel headed by Justice Golam Mortuza Mozumder fixed the date for the indictment order in the case involving charges of crimes against humanity.
Police brought Salman and Anisul to the tribunal from jail under tight security in the morning.
The prosecution was led by Chief Prosecutor Tajul Islam, while the defendants were represented by senior lawyer Munsurul Hoque Chowdhury.
